Freedom Culture was born out of a desire to help other people realize their true potential…
Terri is a certified life coach, devoted wife, mother of 3 adult children, and grandmother to 7. Prior to beginning her coaching career, she has been an entrepreneur with her own hair salon, owned a long arm quilt finishing business with her husband, was widely considered a mentor to many in her spiritual community. It was in large part due to her business as a hair stylist that she found herself constantly in the role of being a listening ear and a source of comfort and inspiration to the many coming through her chair. It was through this practice that she was able to identify her love for people and her passion for helping and encouraging others reflecting on her own painful experiences and the healing she has received.
Terri offers coaching opportunities to people who are eager to grow and specializes in working with those who find themselves seeking to understand their own gifting, those who have experienced loss, abuse, struggles with faith, parenting issues or parenting of difficult children, issues with codependency, or anyone who feels like the life they are living is not the life they were meant to live.
We were born to bring our gifts and our unique perspective to every arena of our lives. If you have felt unable to show up for your own life, Terri would love to walk with you and guide and encourage you on your journey to discovering exactly what your dreams are and make a plan to achieve them, no matter what background you are emerging from.

What People Are Saying
Terri has been excellent at helping me see from all perspectives where I am now, how I want to be, and helped me create an action plan. This is my first time using a life coach and I have been to 3 previous psychologists in my life time. The positive application to a life coach was her actually helping me with a game plan and knowing what to do once I was done with the conversation. When I was at a psychologist, we would talk about how I felt and what to do next as far as emotions...not physically doing something. I am so thankful to be able to have the time that I spent with her and realize my full potential and the big picture. Life coaching to me is helping me understand how to excel at life where I am and how to move beyond my potential. I highly recommend Terri to help anyone unlock all their potential and improve your overall mental health.

My experience working with Terri as my coach was incredibly inspiring and fulfilling for my life. Her guidance through my own journey has been eye opening! She taught me strategies to help overcome obstacles, set goals, and speak in a way that opens opportunity. Most importantly, she taught me how to extend a generous handful of grace to myself. I regularly enjoyed having Terri there to celebrate the big and small progress in my life. Terri is an incredible listener that can uncover the jewels hiding in the best parts of you. It is hard to put into words my elevated level of focus and self-confidence that I now have from our sessions. I highly recommend coaching with Terri to be a stop on your journey. I hope you will find the same refreshing and strengthening experience so that you can move forward as the best version of yourself possible.

VICTORIES would be the best way to describe my life experience chatting with Terri. She has always seen the best in me which has inspired my confidence as a woman. I say chatting instead of coaching because she has a level of empathy that is rare in this current world. When we “chat” I know she hears every word and takes time to respond in a way that always yields a path of genuine guidance. This guidance helped me to celebrate small victories everyday which in turn has increased my courage. I love that Terri always checks in and celebrates with me!
Finding FREEDOM in this journey reminds me that I am uniquely fashioned by GOD; He is the MASTER WEAVER of His daughter in CHRIST. I am learning that I only live to GLORIFY GOD. This is magnificently FREEING to my soul. In closing, the writing of my first quote is only possible because of my years of “chatting” with Terri.
“Encouragement inspires our insecurities to silence.”

I never realized what a difference it would make in my life and in my business to work with a coach. I met Terri in January 2021, through a recommendation from a friend. The first time we met I couldn't stop talking about all the things that I wanted to accomplish and change at work. I had a list of "fix it items." However, she took me by surprise. She needed change to start with me. She used different coaching questionnaires to identify my strengths and weaknesses. She reached out to people who knew me and they filled out anonymous questionnaires relating to my leadership skills. It was a humbling experience and a growing one. One tool she used was a wheel that helped me identify my emotions at particular moments. Where I wanted to be was my goal, where I was, was holding me back.
The work began with me. Questions, introspection, analyzing real life situations and how I had handled them. In the year that we worked together I learned to appreciate my life and the role I was doing.I learned to identify strengths and weaknesses in the staff and I began to trust the process. I learned a new sense of living. It changed my life and the business. Today, I am a happier person at work and my life in general is more fulfilled. I am grateful to Terri Linzenmeyer, for her honesty, her experience and for her coaching. Sincerely,

Terri Linzenmeyer’s patient strength afforded me time to evolve into my authentic self. Terri’s own gritty story is a powerful foundation for allowing her to be totally free of judgement; it is also that GRIT that fuels her coaching success. As my coach, Terri asked powerful questions and then stepped back and gave me space to respond. I had to dig deep to find answers I was seeking. Terri held me accountable and, even when I thought I was failing, Terri met me where I was on my journey and continued to inspire and champion me all the way. Terri balances her gentle nature with passionate conviction, a style that allowed me to both make difficult choices and tap into the courage necessary to act.

Terri is a master at asking the right question at the right time. Her compassionate care is astounding. In working with Terri, she was able to walk me through an area of my life where I felt captive to past hurts. She held the truth of those hurts and also offered new perspectives that brought healing and a new found freedom to my story.

I got Covid before Christmas I had to isolate in my room so I wouldn’t give it to my kids or husband. We had to reschedule Christmas with all of our family. I was sad about that but I know that we just rescheduled it to New Years. I looked at the bright side that I didn’t loose any work or any pay because the clinic was closed for the holidays. My kids did not miss any school because they were on break. You definitely helped me to look at things differently and see the positive side of things. I really appreciate everything you have done for me.

Terri, you are deeply in tune with yourself and others. A great listener and observer. Very easily and willingly see and point out good in others and draw out the depth of a person. I could see when you are moved by what you know in your heart and soul - it shows in your smile and body language - a peace, an assurance, a security. Which I believe is because of your relationship with God. Not only for yourself but for those around you. I can see why you are a Life Coach. You truly have a one-another heart of Jesus - to love with great empathy and compassion. You are so wonderful to talk with - light hearted, honest and transparent, willing to offer insight and even your own private truth. Thank you, Erin.
