Terri has been excellent at helping me see from all perspectives where I am now, how I want to be, and helped me create an action plan. This is my first time using a life coach and I have been to 3 previous psychologists in my life time. The positive application to a life coach was her actually helping me with a game plan and knowing what to do once I was done with the conversation. When I was at a psychologist, we  would talk about how I felt and what to do next as far as emotions...not physically doing something. I am so thankful to be able to have the time that I spent with her and realize my full potential and the big picture. VICTORIES would be the best way to describe my life experience chatting with Terri. She has always seen the best in me which has inspired my confidence as a woman. I say chatting instead of coaching because she has a level of empathy that is rare in this current world. When we “chat” I know she hears every word and takes time to respond in a way that always yields a path of genuine guidance. I never realized what a difference it would make in my life and in my business to work with a coach. I met Terri in January 2021, through a recommendation from a friend. The first time we met I couldn't stop talking about all the things that I wanted to accomplish and change at work. I had a list of "fix it items." However, she took me by surprise. She needed change to start with me. She used different coaching questionnaires to identify my strengths and weaknesses. She reached out to people who knew me and they filled out anonymous questionnaires relating to my leadership skills. It was a humbling experience and a growing one. One tool she used was a wheel that helped me identify my emotions at particular moments. Where I wanted to be was my goal, where I was, was holding me back.
The work began with me. Questions, introspection, analyzing real life situations and how I had handled them. In the year that we worked together I learned to appreciate my life and the role I was doing.I learned to identify strengths and weaknesses in the staff and I began to trust the process. I learned a new sense of living. It changed my life and the business. Today, I am a happier person at work and my life in general is more fulfilled. I got Covid before Christmas I had to isolate in my room so I wouldn’t give it to my kids or husband. We had to reschedule Christmas with all of our family. I was sad about that but I know that we just rescheduled it to New Years. I looked at the bright side that I didn’t loose any work or any pay because the clinic was closed for the holidays. My kids did not miss any school because they were on break. You definitely helped me to look at things differently and see the positive side of things. Terri, you are deeply in tune with yourself and others. A great listener and observer. Very easily and willingly see and point out good in others and draw out the depth of a person.
